After some years of developping, Gingko new has got the strong capability of die design, building, and trial.
Therein, the company has created a design team of 20 designers, who could use the internation 3d and 2d design software to do the die forming simulation and design work, which will assure that every die has been under the strict control from the beginning.
Our designers are familiar with the different die standards, press spec.s of different regions from the world.
The company adopts internatinal standard parts, such as: Danly, Kaller, Fibro,Misumi,etc. Die steel includes: SKD11,D2,A2 and other high steability steels. And the die steel treatment includes: nitrogen treatment, heat treatment, TD treatment,etc.,which is necessary to guarantee the tool life. |
